Refund Policy:

Upon receiving any order from us, you are given up to 7 days to set up a refund or exchange. 

In order to set this up, You must simply inform us of your decision by emailing us or sending us a message via IG:

We will reimburse you no later than 2-3 days from the day on which we receive the returned order. We would use the same means of payment as you used for the order. 

Returning Process:

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. You should email the following email: [email protected] or reach out via IG @chrome.essentials to arrange the return.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The order was delivered within the last 7 days. 
• Your order is still brand new.
• Your order is in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Shipping Time:

We offer free worldwide shipping. You will be updated with your tracking number via the email or phone number you provide on your order. Most orders arrive within 7-20 days.
